BS Education in English TEFL Certified (Teacher of English as a Foreign Language) Certificate in Teaching for TOEFL Preparation *I have been an English teacher for nearly a year at a private English tutorial center here in Korea. I am a certified and dedicated English teacher who has been teaching for almost 4 years. I started my teaching career in the Philippines where I taught English at 2 different private elementary schools for 3 years. On May 2009, I moved to Korea as I was invited to become an English teacher in my brother-in-law's own private English tutorial center. Being an English teacher for 4 years, I have explored and applied different teaching techniques and methodologies which have helped to improve my teaching skills. It has no wonder I have a passion for teaching and I always look forward to becoming a more effective teacher.

About me

This course includes but are not limited to: vocabulary, grammar, listening comprehension, idiomatic usage, pronunciation and knowing the American culture.. It offers a great deal of practice in each of these areas, through both written exercises and recorded materials. The language used in this course is realistic and practical, and the situations offer a cultural context that will be recognizable and relevant to most INTERMEDIATE level of English learners. This course also includes a range of topics from small talk and social situations, to telephones and business meetings, to computers, politics, and the Internet. Each lesson offers essential vocabulary related to its topic, as well as important phrasal verbs and idiomatic expressions that are typically challenging to the intermediate level student. *Please DO NOT copy my feedback for you. Your OWN feedback will be highly appreciated. Thanks
