My approach to ESL teaching is a fun and realistic approach. I like to explain the minimal to my students in thier native tongue. Language learning comes from real life or as close to real life experiences as possible. Every individual student's needs should be met and adapted to a way of learning that suites them best. Students should be encouraged and challenged. The learning experience should be fun and rewarding providing my students the ability to express themselves through the English language from the first lesson. To achieve that aim, I go through every grammar topic with the students at their own rhythm so each student can decide how much time he/she can spend learning English and that this time is worth. Speaking sessions are the most important part in this process, by which I will give each student the grammar and exercices he/she needs according to the time they have and face-to-face sessions will be the basis to use the English language approaching real situations.
