About me

I am Elena Opeña, a very passionate math and science tutor/teacher teaching student of different ages. I am a disciplinarian, I believe that when you teach a child (because sometimes students do not respect their teachers for they are paying them) it is very necessary to include a right manners in teaching. I am a computer savvy, I know some technical applications like MS Office, Adobe Photoshops ,etc. I always make the session fun and enjoying. I always make sure that rapport is built between me and my students. I am fond of reading helpful books, for me it gives me more knowledge about the world and my surroundings. My hobby is watching t.v (news programs and telenovelas) and singing with my family using a videoke machine which we own. My personal goals in life is to finish my studies in college and be a licensed civil engineer in my country. Also, still to help other people understand a specific topic which they find difficult to understand. Every single day that passed is already an achievement for me because that day is given by our God. Especially, helping a students is a very fulfilling task. I expected my employer to help me improve my skills in teaching and to be fair on the working skills that I exhibit in his/her company.
