I have 20 years experience teaching and delivering business management and training course to the hospitality industry in the UK, China, Russia and France, I attended Huddersfield University where i completed my certificate in education. I am also a City & Guilds qualified Trainer having completed there level 5 award scheme; I am also a Chartered Institute of personnel and development qualified member and graduate
