About me

I am a professional trainer and manager with experience in a variety of hospitality venues. I am qualified in training staff from new starters up to mangers in all areas of the catering and hospitality industry,including Service,Guest Care, Events Management,Stock Control, Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Fire Safety ,Business Development and Emploment Law/Employee Relations.

Previously I have been a Conference and Banqeuting Manager in a 250 room hotel which enabled me to train a team of 100 staff in all aspects of not only Event  Mangement,contracting,sales,preparing quotations, silver service  and problem solving but also in 'multi-tasking', running a convention or wedding whilst also managing all departments within the hotel and ensuring the best possible outcome for all.
