In today's world, stress can become a huge problem for your physical, mental, & emotional health. It can rob you of your basic happiness and peace of mind. In the class you will learn a variety of simple meditation techniques and practices the anyone of any age can really enjoy and benefit from! We will learn basic meditative breathing, hand positions called mudras that will change your energetic state and calm your mind, and sound practices that will balance your bodies subtle energy centers ( chakras ) By the end of the class you will feel relaxed and renewed!
