Voice and Accent Training
I am well qualified to facilitate this kind of training as I have been a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing / call center – dealt with American, Canadian and UK clients) Trainer for more than three (3) years now. Also, I possess two teaching (facilitation and coaching) certifications and I have a native-speaker level of English with native-level accent. My experience as a Global Communications Trainer and Training Supervisor has afforded me the opportunity to interact with diverse learners and engage them in learning and development. Using techniques and methods that coincide with the DISC Behavioral Styles (DISC Profiles), including providing high caliber learning materials, multiple means of assessment and instruction, as well as the thorough modeling and scaffolding of new skills, I strive to guarantee that every trainee, student or learner attain excellence.
In addition to believing that every learner deserves and is capable of culminating success, I am very passionate about grooming them for the globalized world that they will inevitably face as they percolate through the corporate world. The curricula that I use utilize any and all technology that is available which allow my learners to be proficient. Learners are also encouraged to do soliloquy, watch pronunciation & grammar videos on youtube.com and interact with English native speakers face-to-face and online as part of their authentic learning experience, which engage them in the subject matter and teach valuable real world skills.

The curriculum that I am using for this training will definitely hone your ability to converse in English with native-English speakers in the most confident manner. You will learn about the commonly used American vowels and consonants as well as techniques how to properly produce the right sounds thus making learning more effective.
