Education

Hi! I'm Sam and I'm a native English speaker from Manchester, UK. I also speak Russian, French and some Serbian. I have a BA Hons in Russian Studies from The University of Nottingham and completed my CELTA in Budapest where I currently live. After graduating from university I worked as an English teacher both privately and at schools in St Petersburg, Russia. At the moment I teach online and at a large international language school. I am a Business English specialist and teach a marketing and communication course at a local international college here in Budapest.

About me

I am a CELTA certified English teacher currently based in Budapest. I have been teaching English to individuals and groups of all ages, sizes and levels in Russia, Hungary and the UK for the past 3 years. I can help you progress in any aspect of English, whether it be grammar, reading, speaking, listening or exam preparation. I believe that languages can only be mastered in an environment that is both engaging and enjoyable, and so this is my primary focus for each lesson, while paying close attention to your individual needs.
