About me

Being a microbiologist, I've been quite passionate about teaching life sciences in the context of the microbial world. The application of modern techniques to the microbiological discipline opens up a vast array of benefits to mankind. Moreover, my interest also lies in teaching biological processes occurring at the cellular and molecular level. The myriad of complex processes and reactions that makeup a cell is always intriguing ! Together with the knowledge of cellular biology and micro-biology, I believe that any life science student can infer upon the tremendous potential for developing new products (bioactive compounds, drugs) that can enhance human life. Since I've been involved in research for the past 3 years, I find it more interesting to explain and teach the wonders of the life sciences. Teaching biology has been my passion for the past 8 years. Given this, I'm ready to assist any student in the field of microbiology, cell biology, biotechnology or even the basic sciences beginning from the elementary school until graduation level in colleges. Although I've tutored basic English, Mathematics and Science at the primary and elementary school level, I've also assisted students at the undergraduation level to learn the biological sciences with an enthusiasm of their own. I believe that one of my primary goals as a tutor would be to inspire students to study biology by providing them facts that can make them think ! The zest for learning has to come from within the student and any slight curiosity that I can see in a student is well enough to spark up that brilliance of scientific thinking in them !.
