Italian teacher for any level.
I graduated in 2004 in English and Italian literature. My thesis was about D.H. Lawrence's "Sea and Sardinia" (I am from Sardinia).
Although I didn't choose to teach as a first profession, I've always dedicated part of my time in giving private lesson in London, the city where I lived for 5 years.
Experience: 5 years
my name is Luigi, I am 34 years old and I've been privately teaching Italian since 2008.
I graduated in Italian and English literature, long time ago. My thesis was about D.H.Lawrence's "Sea and Sardinia". My best Italian author is Italo Calvino. If you really want to enjoy Italian at its fullest, there is not anyone like him.
After my graduation I moved to London, for 5 years. Although I worked and lived all days with English, I couldn't give up my mother-tongue and this is why I started to offer Italian lesson to foreigners.
I love my language and I'd like all my students to appreciate it just as I do, in its (often tricky) grammar, fascinating history and many curiosities. This is why, together with boring grammar, I always love to tell some story about Italian language, for example where the word "CIAO" comes from (if you don't know it, it's pretty interesting, really).
We can have lesson either in English or Italian, although, if your Italian is good enough, I'd recommend to stick with it.
I wait for you to contact me and organize a first free lesson, for the lenght of 30 minutes.
