In my class the student reads a story. Mispronounced words are noted and reread by the student. The student has to check new words using his or her dictionary and gives out the meaning in English according to how he or she understands it. Then, the student explains or summarizes the story. After that, exercises from the books: listening/reading check-up, word level/sentence level, rhyming words or grammar review are included. Also, the student will be asked to create his/her own sentences most of the time. Although the subject focuses more on conversation, the skills or exercises included are necessary to improve conversation skills in English. You can contact me via skype:leerysine82
