Experience: 3 years
My name is Andy and I am interested in helping people with their conversational English.
I am a native English speaker, but I also speak upper advanced Spanish
Anyway before I chat any further, I have written a little something about myself below.
I am Andy, I am from Malton North Yorkshie in England and I am 41 years old.
I am a very big fan of backpacking, in my life I have lived in Greece, Australia, Bolivia and Chile. And traveled to Canada, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Singapore, Thailand, South Africa, Spain, Norway and Italy.
About 2 years ago I moved back to England from Chile in South America, where I lived for 3.5 years.
I now work with Adults with learning difficulties, as my day job. In Chile I worked as a Volunteer after the earthquake in 2010, working with collage age students from Europe and America, working with local communities affected by the earthquake. We used to do building projects rebuilding Community centers or repairing schools, and I used to help each other get along,by directly translating what people were saying to each other in the moment. This was a very rewarding job and I did it for over 2 years.
Anyway, now that I am back in England I would like to help people to learn English and help them to gain confidence by speaking with a native speaker.
I know what it is like trying to learn another language, and so would love to help others achieve it.
