I was an Associate Customer Service Trainer in a BPO industry. I trained newly-hired call center staff on scripts to use for calls. Provided instructions to roll through calls and use thier telephone and computer equipment. I then became a Subject Matter Expert in the same company and my job is to provide ongoing training regarding customer service skills. I also have a Bachelors Degree in Tourism that gives me thhe opportunity to work in an Airline company and also in a Travel Agency.
