This course will provide you the vast knowledge and technical skills to analyze your business/organization practically in real emerging world and plan strategies accordingly to make it successful. (The course structure is also relevant to professional business analyst curriculum followed around the world)
The course is basically concerned with three issues. The first is mission statement and stake holders (importance, management and their impact on organization objective). The second is external forces (the impact of environmental factors, the initiatives of competitors, the emergence of new laws and regulations on organization objective). The third is the internal ambitions and concerns (SWOT analysis, bench marking, the competences of employees, the financial resources) that exist within an organization. This course looks from assessing strategic/business position and choice to identifying and formulating strategy to make it successful.
At the end of this course, you are competent enough to analyze the internal, external, stakeholders and overall organization’s position, recommend strategies and their implementation in an organization to make it big and successful.
