Conversational and Business English
I double down on whats working. I cut the rest.
I have spent the last six years developing my skills as a customer service expert and as an outbound sales agent , where I have to meet sales metrics and quotas and as a freelance ESL instructor.
non-English speakersat all educational levels, from elementary school to adult education programs. I was involve in preparing lesson plans and worksheets and designing listening comprehension and role-playing scenarios. I also evaluate students' performances to look for areas in which they may need more help or to discover what areas they have mastered.
I aim for the good impact at all times.
I inspire and engage at all times.
I have been consistently recognized for providing excellent customer services while hitting my metrics with the lowest return rates from clients.
Colleagues know me as a highly creative marketer who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.
