A Ph.D in Life Sciences from IISc, Bangalore with a passion to make students understand Biology in a simple way
I am a multi disciplinary research professional with a strong background in Molecular and cell Biology, genetic engineering, molecular physiology, statistical softwares and bioinformatics tools. I am a Gold Medalist in MicroBiology.
My interest is to teach students in a very simple way, so that they understand the subject rather than mugging up for the sake of exams.
I make students understand Biology by taking examples from our daily life and showing them how Science is playing role in our day to day activities.
I have teaching experience of 8 years in Life Sciences field with 4 publications in International Journals of high impact factor.
I have strong oral presentation skills in both national and international scientific communities and excellent guiding skills in training various undergraduate and post graduate students (summer trainee and in house research projects)
