Greg Britt is the author of the popular text book TOEFL Prep for Spanish Speakers as well as some 15 TOEFL prep books.  Please see his books at amazon.com  (there are some great reviews to see for TOEFL Prep for Spanish Speakers!) A newer edition, 5-Step TOEFL Prep is available for students who speak Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, & Spanish.  These titles have special notes in these languages throughout the book.  If you do not speak any of these languages, the 5-Step TOEFL Prep for Advanced Students is available.  To see (& purchase with a discount) these titles, visit 5steptoeflprep.com.

Those books are for paper-based TOEFL and a pdf will be included (or you can purchase a "real" book) when you become a student.  Other materials are used for iBT prep.

Britt is the Director of Britt Servicios Lingüisticos in Mexico City, a small language institute that specializes in TOEFL test prep.  Learn more about the school at dfbritt.com and on Facebook:  fb.me/britt.language.ser vices.

About me

Britt is an experienced, expert TOEFL teacher and can help you raise your score and meet your academic goals. He's an American, native English speaker.

It is recommended that you begin with the more basic, grammar based course before studying iBT--it really helps with the iBT essays.  You can skip this if you have score 550+ on paper-based TOEFL with 55+ in section two or at least feel very good about your grammar skills.

Plan on at least 20 hours for the basic ITP/PBT course, 22 for iBT.

Your course will be taught using the most appropriate of Britt's many text books.

You can purchase this book online before you start studying with Britt or you will be provided with a free pdf.

It would be great if you could send an email or FB msg. to Britt describing your personal situation and goals (write in your best English!) Tell him about why you want to take the TOEFL, how many points you need, deadlines, previous scores, etc.) You might be asked to take a paper-based TOEFL (virtually) to determine your level (not usually necessary.)

While a 24-hr. cancellation for scheduled classes is required, please also book classes 24 hr.s in advance.  Can't study in the times I'm available?  Let me know days and times and if possible I'll accommodate you.

If you are taking the TOEFL to apply to a university, Britt can also help by reviewing your application documents (personal statement, letters of reference, etc.)

Britt prefers TOEFL prep but also has experience with IELTS & TOEIC.

This $14. rate is an introductory rate!  Britt is new to Buddyschool and would like to get some good reviews from new students.  But soon, the rate will increase, probably $18-20, depending on student demand.

Britt has helped hundreds of happy students in his teaching career of over 20 years and he looks forward to working with you too!
