About me
Hello, my name is Bob and I’m from the Canada— ! I graduated from the Toronto University with a English degree and soon after completed a TEFL course. I taught English in Italy and Spain before returning to New York and worked in finance, spending time as well in Russia which I enjoyed greatly. For the last 10 years I have been teaching in schools and Universities preparing students for Cambridge exams — PET, FCE, CAE & CPE — as well as IELTS. I have also taught business English in a leading banking academy in Germany.
I love teaching English and communicating; I know exactly how difficult it can be to learn a foreign language so I am here to help you improve in a positive and friendly manner. I will always plan my lessons to meet your specific needs.
In my free time I love travelling and hiking as well cooking Italian style! I travel around Sicilia and Southern Italy trying out all the different local cuisines and try and prepare them for my girlfriend — not always successfully! I look forward to meeting you all soon!
