Spanish for all! - Español para todos!

As I exposed before, I believe the most relevant qualifiation I have regarding tutoring is being a Counselor in an English as a Second Language Summer Program in North Bethesda. I was in charge of helping the most advanced levels of English Speakers on doing a Yearbookk of the memories of the summer. This implied a lot of revisions and trying to bring many ideas to people of different linguistical backgrounds. What makes me an awesome Spanish tutor is that: a) I am a multicultural native Spanish speaker, which gives me insight in some linguistic details that other speakers may not have; b) I have studied languages myself and I know the kind of questions that might arrise from native English speakings when they are tackling Spanish grammar; and, c) my career (law) in which I've been practicing in my country, demands for me attention to the details of the language.

My tutoring experience, while mostly informal, has been very effective. While in school and college I used to help many classmates pass their exams by having in the afternoon meetings with them. In said meetings I explained in a matter they could relate, the problems of the topics we were studying: I used games, little songs and cultural references to make them understand. The formal teaching experience I had was in an English as a Second Language Summer Program in North Bethesda. I was in charge of helping the most advanced levels of English Speakers on doing a Yearbook of the memories of the summer. This implied a lot of revisions and trying to bring many ideas to people of different linguistical backgrounds.I'm here at BuddySchool to help you with Spanish and I believe I have the tools for doing so. Not only I am a native speaker who has been through the process of learning a second language, but day to day -since I am a Lawyer- my work demands to pay attention to detail of the language.
