About me
The traditional yoga is an ancient science with a goal of integration of personality. There are different types of yoga such as Bhakti yoga, Mantra yoga, Jnana yoga, Karma yoga, Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga etc. I will teach Hatha yoga and Ashtanga (8 limbs of Yoga) by Maharshi Patanjali.
